Just 6 hours off the plane, Ana Maria was at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata to give a talk on the literature of the Mexican American migratory experience.
While there are a number of parallels with the Bolivian immigration to Argentina, it was clear that the Mexican American experience has an particularly strong political charge which works against any forces of resolution.
